8 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 cups peaches
2 cups blueberries
2 cups halved grapes
1 cup sliced strawberries
2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
Combine cream cheese, juice and zest until mixed well. Beat cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture; chill. Layer fruit in a medium bowl. Spoon cream cheese mixture over fruit. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill. Serves 8.

Made this for the Fourth with strawberries nectarines and grapes because peaches and blueberries were too expensive. Everyone really liked it, but I used vanilla instead of the lemon juice and zest and more sugar. Will try it next time with the lemon and blueberries which I think would be better.
