I make this salad when it is too hot to even blanch or microwave frozen vegetables and it is quite good.
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons onion flakes
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Dash hot sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cans French style green beans
1 can mushrooms
1 chopped cucumber
1 chopped tomato
1/2 small chopped cauliflower
Mix together all the ingredients and let chill all day or overnight.
